Pet Tunes Walk

Lessen your dog’s reactive behaviors and leash-pulling for more fun on your walks together.

 

  • Pet Tunes Walk comes pre-loaded with 95 minutes of original, upbeat Pet Acoustics music on a micro SD/TF card. The music will repeat automatically and plays continuously up to 8 hours with rigorous usage.

  • Do not submerge Pet Tunes Walk in water. It will fully resist surface water and dust. Be sure the unit is fully dry and clean before opening the port guard.

  • Answer calls or speak to your digital assistant from Pet Tunes Walk. To enter Bluetooth® mode, first remove the SD/TF card. The unit will automatically enter pairing mode. From your device, select "F4," and the unit will chime once synced.

    Note: When an SD/TF card is insetted, Bluebooth® features are disabled. Bluetooth®

  • The lithium ion battery typically lasts up to 8 hours wirelessly with maxed volume. With a low volume, the unit can play up to 20 hours wirelessly.

    When the unit is low on battery, it will beep every five minutes. On the third beep, the unit will power down automatically. When the music is not playing, the unit will automatically power down after 60 minutes to preserve battery.

  • To charge Pet Tunes Walk, connect the Mini USB end of the included charging cable to the unit, and the USB side of the cable to a power source. The light indicator will glow red while charging. A complete charge takes about 2.5 hours, and will automatically stop charging when replenished.

  • Yes! Visit our shop for additional Pet Tunes Music Expansions. To remove a SD/TF card, press it once gently to pop it out. (Use two fingers an either side of the card to remove it more easily.) Insert a new card by placing it into the port until it clicks into place. Keep unused SD/TF cards in their case to protect them.

  • Yes, Pet Acoustics music is audible to humans. Many of our customers find our music energizing too!

Pet Tunes

Speaker for behavioral calm in dogs, cats, horses, birds, and rabbits.

 

  • Pet Tunes comes pre-loaded with 90 minutes of original Pet Acoustics music before it repeats. Pet Tunes plays continuously up to 8 hours on a full battery charge. You do not have to press any buttons to have the music play continuously.

  • The lithium ion battery typically lasts up to 8 hours, wirelessly. You can also play and charge Pet Tunes 24/7 inserting the USB plug into a USB wall adaptor.

  • Using the included USB charging cable, connect to a USB power source such as a computer or USB wall adaptor. Each Pet Tunes comes with a slight charge but should be charged for 2½ hours for a full battery to play wirelessly.

  • Yes! Visit our shop for additional Pet Tunes Music Expansions. Alternately, you can remove the included Micro SD card and replace with your own. To remove, press in the SD card once and it will pop out.

  • You can play any music by connecting via Bluetooth™, or pop out the Micro SD card to add personal music from a different Micro SD card.

  • Connect your computer, tablet or phone to Pet Tunes. Enter Bluetooth™ pairing mode on your Pet Tunes by holding down the play button until you hear a chirp. Now your device is ready to scan for it. Press “Pet Acoustics” to pair.

  • Yes, Pet Acoustics music is audible to humans. Many of our customers find our music quite calming too. Listen to samples in the Shop.

  • Pet Tunes volume can be set loud enough to fill a large environment.

  • There is a normal 2–3 second delay before the music will play. During play, a blue light blinks.

Pet Hearing Test

  • Pet Acoustics+ Pet Hearing Test is available for free on the Pet Acoustics app (available for iOS and Android phones). You can also access the test from our website.

  • Yes, the hearing test is entirely free to use at any time.

  • The test plays a series of frequency-specific tones tailored to canine and feline hearing ranges. You simply observe your pet’s behavioral responses to each sound to evaluate their hearing health.

  • The test takes approximately 2–3 minutes per pet and can be conducted in the quiet comfort of your home or during a veterinary visit.

  • You will receive immediate results indicating whether your pet has full hearing, partial hearing loss, or signs of auditory decline. You can share the report with your veterinarian for further evaluation.

  • Yes, the tones are species-appropriate, gentle, and non-triggering, designed not to startle your pet.

  • After conducting the test, you will know better if your pet hears all three levels or may have hearing loss.  You will be emailed a copy of your pet’s test results for your records. You are encouraged to confirm your pet’s test results with your veterinarian.

Ultra Calmer

A music collar to relieve canine stress during thunderstorms, fireworks, and other noise phobia triggers.

 

  • The Ultra Calmer is designed to be powered for (3) hours. This is because Ultra Calmer is so effective that it should only take 1–10 minutes for your dog to curl up and release stress. This has been tested and the results are repeatable and measurable. Using the Ultra Calmer for longer than the (3) hour battery charge is not recommended.

  • No. They do not need variety like humans do. The same music will trigger the same stress release response each time your dog listens to Ultra Calmer music.

  • Absolutely. The music has the effect of relaxation a dog into a deeper state of relaxation.

  • The Ultra Calmer is non-invasive and designed to work on its own with repeatable and measurable results. We are not responsible for other products used for the desired results.

  • Our studies show Ultra Calmer calms dogs within 1–10 minutes.

  • We offer separate species-specific products for cats to resolve noise-induced stress. However, the Ultra Calmer was designed for dogs and should not be worn by a cat.

  • The Ultra Calmer comes with a bit of charge. A full charge is recommended prior to use. A battery charge is 2½ hours for 3 hours of continuous play.

  • Connect the magnetic charger to the back of the device and the USB end to your computer or USB adapter.

  • The indicator light will turn off when the Ultra Calmer battery is fully charged. This tends to take about 2½ hours.

  • The Ultra Calmer is designed only to be worn on the back of the neck in between the ears. Adjust the collar on your dog’s neck to stay fitted, not loose.
